Plan, launch and follow up training

Use the lesson library and ready-made programmes, review drafts and keep track of deadlines and completion.

Choose a lesson or programme

Training contains sixteen original lessons in English and Norwegian, with clearly labeled fictional practice and a knowledge check. Search or filter the library by topic and read the preview before choosing an audience. Administrator previews do not expose the private quiz questions.

Seven curated programmes group lessons into a sequence. Start with Essentials for a general introduction, or choose the programme that fits the team's work. Use the programme's displayed lesson list to check its scope rather than assuming every employee needs every programme.

Prepare the drafts

  1. Review active participants and participation approval in People first. Use departments to narrow the audience and check individual selections.
  2. Choose the programme and set the plan start date, days to the first deadline and days between lesson deadlines. Review every resulting date. Deadlines are at 00:00 UTC at the start of the displayed date, not the end of the local working day.
  3. Create the programme drafts. The operation creates the sequence together; creating drafts does not issue learner links or send email.
  4. Before launch, correct the draft name, audience or deadline as needed. Remove unwanted drafts. Active and completed assignments cannot be edited or removed through the draft controls.

Launch each assignment deliberately

Review the audience and delivery mode, then launch the intended assignment. Invitations are processed while the training page remains open; use its pause and resume controls as needed. Read the delivery guide before retrying failures.

An assignment cannot launch more than ninety days before its deadline. Keep later lessons in draft until their launch window. Past-due drafts can still launch, so review their dates first. A programme sequence is a planning aid: the administrator still launches each lesson. This release does not run scheduled launches or recurring reminders.

Let employees complete their own learning

Each invitation opens the assigned lesson in the participant's chosen language. Employees read the material, consider the practice scenario and answer the knowledge check. At least seventy-five percent completes the assignment; feedback supports another attempt when needed.

The private link grants access to the learner's lesson and results and can be used to submit answers. An administrator can retrieve that link, so it must be handled carefully. Use the library preview to inspect teaching material instead of answering an employee's real assignment.

Review completion and overdue work

  1. Check completion in Training and Reports. Review delivery problems separately from learning progress.
  2. Use the overdue view and the department-grouped report export, which includes overdue counts, to plan proportionate follow-up with the relevant teams.
  3. Remember that drafts, completed work, inactive participants and withdrawn participation are excluded from overdue counts.
  4. Agree who reviews progress and launches the next draft. Revisit audiences when roles, departments or participation change.
